Fuck I missed a lot.
Things are not improving either, if that's what you are wondering... I haven't drawn in weeks and as well I can't think straight or anything.
I'm at a friends due to the fact that the internet connection at my house was removed. And as well I have about 2 minutes to leave for work.
It's a job... it doesn't pay well and the hours aren't any reliable... but it's a job nonetheless.

Seriously folks, I still don't have a scanner. I'm getting frustrated.
So anyway, I really haven't been doing anything much except possibly school work as of recently. Maybe a few drawings here and there but nothing to be all excited about. Maybe I should try and focus my time on that comic book idea THAT I STILL HAVEN'T YET DONE ANYTHING WITH.

Appearently, somebody at my school has gotten hooked by Darkhorse and is soon to be publishing a comic.
Last I checked he was doing stuff like this. But since then it's been 4 months...
Anyway, that is getting me pretty upset about now, but whatever... I'm even looking into getting published by even Tokyo Pop if I have to. But if I get picked up by them I'll be SOO much cooler in the anime scene. But like I really give a rat's ass in the first place; I just want to get one of my ideas (and art) published for once.

Well. today was more or less not to interesting. I Recently aquired $10 to tell somebody that their computer is inadvertently screwed (well, there goes my credentials). So basically I've been spending money on French Buegettes and Cola for the past few days. Haven't appeared in school much as I want so the oekakies that I'M DOING TERRIBLE ON are on a low turn out. Low as in less than acceptable for a turnout.
But recently, some one came up to me and asked me to draw a picture for them. I'll just recap the entire conversation, that basically is between me, the kid who asked for the picture (name is Dan) as well as an innocent bystander by the name of Lucy whom was being bothered by Dan in the first place.
Dan: looking at the oekaki I was drawing Hey! That's pretty cool!
Me: Uhh... Thanks. (I'm really not to keen on taking compliments, I'd really prefer critiques!)
Dan: Sooo... can you draw pictures of school girls? (and so the situation gets a whole lot more awkward...)
Lucy: What kind of question is that?
Dan: Ignoring Lucy I mean like, of Japanese school girls? (and more awkward...)
Lucy: What are you...?
Me: Uhhhh...
Dan: Because you know that girl from Kill Bill? The school girl with the ball and chain?
Me: Yeah?
Dan: Can you draw me a picture of her? Like in a sensual pose and stuff?
Me: Well...uh... y'know, for a price...
Dan: Yeah how much?
Me: Uhhhh....hmmmm.... $20?
Dan: Okay. Bring the picture and I'll give you the cash.
Okay so it's not that great of a comission, but $20 is pretty okay for a picture. I mean, at least he didn't ask for a painting or anything...

The entire reason why I don't like Metal Gear Solid 2 is not because of what was to be conisdered the "cheesy plot twists" (because we all know that the ending to MGS1 was as shallow as a puddle) but rather because they pit you against a fucking HARRIER JET. And on extreme, that is brain-melting frustration in a can.

I draw. not a lot. But I draw. The thing is, I need something like Photoshop, or, atleast, something that will allow me to aquire the picture through the scanner.
Nothing has realy been going on lately. Just been sick again, my brother left school because he already has his diploma and was recently accepted into Humber College for 3D animation. I was accepted into Art Fundamentals, but was refused funding because it was one of those courses that really doesn't provide a future. Whatever.

Ugh. The scanner's still dead. I have no qualms about not fixing right now anyway because I don't have any good work to upload.
Maybe I should stick to rakugaki until advancement in my career begins. Right now, my life is basically at a stand still, and really nothing pulling me out of stasis.

I had to format the hardrive last night. So basically I'm back to square one with everything, but at this time I still do not have the programs I had before (Photoshop and Dreamweaver, as well as random crap). SO now I have to get the drivers for the scanner, so I'll be minus a few extra days of not uploading garbage. Yeah...

Well... things are looking a little different at school. I'm pretty sure my music teacher hates me. And I'm also pretty sure my english teacher completely DESPISES me. Ah well... If anything I have to worry about, it is that my typing skills are lacking a lot more than I originally though.
Any other news...? Well I finally got around to signing up for the Eatpoo forums. Crazy name, but a well rounded society of artists that I'm REALLY sure I'm lacking the skill to be part of.

Well, I slept finally. I was up until about 11 o'clock P.M.. Which without sleep all the night before and being woken up at 10 to 9 the morning on friday (which gave me about 15 minutes to get dressed, eat breakfast and get out the door) that equals about... being awake about 38 hours. Now I slept for 12 hours straight, so now I'm extremely exhausted from oversleeping. What a strange weekend it's been. Now I have to go to school tomorrow, because it hasn't been a "day one" on monday in a while. Great. I can see the day ending in some sort of disaster.

IT'S HOUR 34. 34 AS IN I HAVEN'T SLEPT IN 34 HOURS. Boy today was strange, especially since I saw the falcon that lives near the Eaton's Centre. If I had a digital camera I would be able to show just how close I got to it. Literally only a few feet away. It was a massive bird, too. I hope I can see it again.

UGh it's early in the morning. I'm at a friends house right now so I really can't say that my behaviour is out of place. This is a crappy visit. Maybe I could burn that CD I always wanted, or pull an all-nighter. Ehhhhhh... either way, I need to accomplish something. Too bad that this computer's time is off and that I really have no idea what the hell I'm doing (damn Win XP can just bite my ass). I guess what I'm really trying to say is that I have no clue as to what I'm typing right now because I am completly insane due to some lack of sleep. I should do something to get to bed. Rather, the awkward sleeping arrangement of the blanket and pillow on the hardwood floor meant to be a bed. This is probably the longest entry in a while. Maybe because I have no clue as to what I'm really trying to communicate.

Co-op starts soon and I'm dawdling. Okay. Before I go though I thought I'd make an entry.
I think I'll pick up a shoulder bag from the army surplus. Strange as it may sound I find it a bit more reasonable, practical and more fashionable than the backpack I have now. Reasonable because the one that I saw was just the right size to keep papers in and not have them ruined. Practical because I carry a lot of sketchbooks with me so it handier to just reach to the side of me to get one when I see something I want to jot down, which is better than swinging my backpack all over the place just to reach for a sketchbook. And more fashinable because the carrying device I have now is a backpack, one that really creates a colour clash with the large patches of blue on black.
